🏠 Introduction

At Mr Mobile Tech, we ensure every order is properly tested, safely packed, and securely shipped.
If a product does not meet expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

🚚 Delivery & Dispatch

Orders dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation

PAN India delivery within 4–7 business days

All shipments are insured until delivery

A signature is required upon receipt — after signing, responsibility shifts to the customer

🛡️ Warranty & Quality Assurance

All Orignal products include a 14-day replacement warranty (from delivery date).
Warranty covers manufacturing or functional defects only.

❌ Warranty does NOT cover:

Physical / water damage

Incorrect installation

Used, tampered, or modified products

Every unit is quality-checked before dispatch.

-For all non-original or normal parts, such as normal displays, OLED displays, or any other parts that are not original, only checking warranty is applicable. No quality warranty or guarantee will be provided on such products.

📦 Eligibility for Return / Replacement

A return or replacement request is accepted only if:

✔ Product is unused & in original sealed packaging
✔ Issue is reported within 72 hours of delivery
✔ Return request is made within 14 days
✔ Invoice / Order ID is available for verification

⚠️ Important Guidelines

If the parcel looks visibly damaged, please do not accept it.
Contact our support immediately.

After delivery, check the product within 72 hours.
Any issue reported after 72 hours is not eligible for return or replacement.

All orders are processed on a daily basis, with prepaid orders being dispatched first.
If, after dispatching prepaid orders, the stock of any product becomes unavailable, your order will be cancelled and the full payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Quality Check (QC) Policy

If, after order confirmation, the product fails the quality check (QC), the order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a full refund of the paid amount.

💳 COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

COD available for orders above ₹3000

All COD orders require a 10% advance payment

Advance amount is adjusted in the final bill

If a confirmed COD order is cancelled or refused, the advance amount becomes non-refundable

This system ensures genuine and smooth deliveries.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned or refunded:

❌ Used / installed products
❌ Opened or resealed packaging
❌ Physically damaged, burnt, or water-damaged parts
❌ Missing accessories or tampered serial numbers

If the customer orders the wrong model or product, no replacement will be provided.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Contact us with Order ID
2️⃣ Share an unboxing or issue video for verification
3️⃣ After approval, we will share the return address
4️⃣ Pack securely with all accessories & invoice
5️⃣ Courier the parcel and share the tracking number

💰 Refund & Replacement Timeline

Refunds processed within 7 business days after product verification

Refund issued to the original payment method

Replacements dispatched after inspection and approval

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect

Replacement shipping is free after verification

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately.
Video proof helps us process your claim quickly and fairly.
