💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure secure & genuine deliveries:

COD available only for orders above ₹3000

10% advance payment is required to confirm COD

Advance amount is adjusted in final price

COD orders are dispatched only after advance is received & verified

Orders without advance will not be processed

If a confirmed COD order is cancelled or refused at delivery,
the 10% advance is non-refundable

🧾 Warranty Reminder

All products include a 14-day replacement warranty from the delivery date.

Warranty does not cover:
❌ Physical damage
❌ Water damage
❌ Installation or handling damage

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch

After dispatch, cancellation is not possible

For COD: If cancelled after confirmation, the 10% advance becomes non-refundable

🕒 Delivery Confirmation

If someone else (family/friend/gift receiver) accepts the parcel,
their signature is considered valid proof of delivery.
