🛒 Orders & Payment Terms

Orders are accepted only after successful payment confirmation or COD advance verification.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order in case of:

Incomplete or suspicious information,

Pricing or stock discrepancies,

Fraudulent activities.

Accepted Payment Methods:

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available only for orders above ₹3000.
A 10% advance payment is required to confirm COD orders.

This advance will be deducted from the total product price.

There are no hidden or extra charges.

COD orders will be dispatched only after advance payment confirmation.

If a confirmed COD order is cancelled or refused, the advance amount will not be refunded.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
We provide PAN India insured delivery within 4–7 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays).
Every shipment is insured until received and signed by the customer.

⚠️ If your parcel arrives in visibly damaged condition, please do not accept it and contact support immediately.
Once accepted, Mr Mobile Tech will not be responsible for courier-related damage.

🧾 Warranty & Replacement

All products come with a 14-day replacement warranty starting from the date of delivery.
Warranty applies only to manufacturing or functional defects.

Warranty does not cover:

Physical damage

Liquid damage

Mishandling or improper installation

Tampering of product or warranty sticker

🔸 Warranty is void if the product is used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for unused, undamaged products in original packaging and within the warranty period.

Return Process:
1️⃣ Contact support within 72 hours of delivery for issue reporting.
2️⃣ Provide order ID, reason, and parcel opening video.
3️⃣ Wait for return approval and instructions.
4️⃣ Ship the item securely; once verified, replacement or refund will be processed.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.

🔸 Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

⚙️ Limitation of Liability

Mr Mobile Tech shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through our website.
Our liability is limited to the original cost of the product only.
